Dr. Emmanuel Akwerana Ezekiel,PhD, is true son of the  warm heart of Africa, Malawi. A passionate and excellent Global  Children and Women Rights Activist, from Madzanje village, Traditional Authority Kwataine, Ntcheu, Malawi. A dedicated human rights activist and an advocate for girl child education in Africa who has made tangible strides to promote education and community development as a Development Practitioner. Many lives have engaged into tangible transition through his leadership in the teamwork.  

Dr. Emmanuel’s academic  is an evidence in his impressive educational background. He got his first Degree in Community Based Work with Children and Youth from the University of KwaZulu Natal in South Africala which led to a Philosophy Degree in Child Development and rights from the AHRT University. A Degree in Global Trade contributed much to my experience in business across Africa and abroad .  

  

Beyond academia, Dr. Emmanuel is a Founder of Access to Justice and Equal  

Protection in Africa. He is also the ArContinental Director of Smart  International, an NGO working with kids in Africa. Currently am the Global  

Executive Member of Global Education Network.Am the Chancellor of Optics Teacher Training Institute which is in Liberia. Appointment of Dr. Ameena Ali as Global Coordinator of Health Affairs of Global United for Peace and Justice

We are honored to officially announce the appointment of Dr. Ameena Ali as the Global Coordinator of Health Affairs for Global United for Peace and Justice, effective March 11, 2023, in accordance with the decision taken during our General Meeting.

Dr. Ameena Ali brings with her an extraordinary legacy of advocacy, medical service, and global humanitarian impact. She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Federation of International Gender and Human Rights, a Sovereign Consulate based in New York, dedicated to advancing Gender and Human Rights through intentional protocols, protections, and provisions—making them accessible to indigent and underserved communities worldwide.

A seasoned Naturopathic Doctor specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Ali retired in February 2020 after over 30 years in organic medicine, home-birthing, and maternal education. However, she returned to frontline service in March 2020, responding to the COVID-19 crisis in New York City at its peak.

She is also a decorated and disabled Gulf War Veteran, with a 100% service-connected disability rating—bringing both resilience and profound empathy to her work.

Among her groundbreaking leadership roles, Dr. Ali made history as the first woman and woman of color to serve as President-elect of the Rotary eClub of Social Innovators (District 7090), holding the position for three consecutive terms (2020–2023).

Her notable contributions include:

Testifying at the NYC Commission on Human Rights (January 2019) on Pregnancy and Caregiver Discrimination. Speaking before the NYC Council Committee on Women (February 2019) to address gender and cultural diversity. Representing the U.S. at the International Model UN Association and serving with the International Human Rights Commission in Geneva, advocating for unrecognized Sovereign Tribes, undocumented cultures, and stateless and displaced Indigenous women. Appointed as Director of Women’s Empowerment for the UN ECOSOC’s Northern Citizen Community Board in November 2020. As of December 2024, she has trained and graduated over 500 Certified Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Advocates across 15+ countries and 5 continents.

Beyond her remarkable public service, Dr. Ameena Ali cherishes her roles as a Muslim wife, mother of adult daughters, and loving “Eyaya” (Kiswahili for "Mother of My Mother") to 15 grandchildren—two of whom were born on or near her birthday.

DrmAmb.Aziz Mounttassair from Morocco,  was officially appointed as Global Additional Board member    for Global United for Peace and Justice on March 11, 2023, during a General Meeting held virtually via Google Meet. His selection was made in recognition of his lifelong dedication to  human peace rights, and social justice.

We are honored to announce the appointment of Dr. Amb. Aziz Mountassir to our Board of Directors. A globally recognized humanitarian, poet, and peace advocate, Dr. Mountassir brings a wealth of experience, vision, and compassion that perfectly aligns with our mission and values.

About Dr. Amb. Aziz Mountassir

Born in Casablanca, Morocco, Dr. Aziz Mountassir is a distinguished figure on the international stage. Known as the “Ambassador of Peace, Coexistence, and Love,” he has dedicated his life to promoting global harmony, cultural understanding, and the defense of human rights.

Dr. Mountassir wears many hats — all guided by his unwavering belief in the power of kindness, tolerance, and creativity. He is:

Dr. Sobhi Sulieman Agha.  was officially appointed as Global Additional Board member    for Global United for Peace and Justice on March 11, 2023, during a General Meeting held virtually via Google Meet. His selection was made in recognition of his lifelong dedication to peace  human rights, and social justice.

Mr.Sobhi Sulieman Agh is an experienced marketing executive with demonstrable success in brand development and product. He has marketing experience in both traditional and digital media. He also has extensive experience in partnership development and is able to blend an insightful, passionate, and creative approach with effective team leadership, people management, and networking skills. He is currently the Group Chief Marketing Officer at SAB investment , with over 26 years of experience in marketing communications, new business development, and online marketing , Holder of two PhDs in International Economics from Louisiana State University and a Doctorate in Business Management from the European International University in Paris plus embassdorof peace

Maria Veneke Ylikomi was officially appointed as a Global Additional Board Member on 11th March 2023 during our General Meeting held via Zoom, in accordance with the organizational statutes of Global United for Peace and Justice.

📌 Biography

Maria Veneke Ylikomi, based in Sweden, is a passionate advocate for peace, human rights, environmental protection, and interfaith harmony. With several years of volunteer work in international NGOs, she has actively contributed to peacebuilding, indigenous rights, women’s empowerment, and sustainable development efforts worldwide.

She began her journey as a Goodwill Ambassador with Globcal International, where she championed global citizenship and promoted the observance of various United Nations International Days, such as:

Maria currently serves in a variety of leadership and advisory roles:

General Secretary, Institute of International Peace Leaders Advisory Board Member, Goodwill Ambassadors for Five Points Youth Foundation, USA Co-founder & Vice President, ENGAGE Institute Sectorial Head for Women in Peace and Human Rights, Global Women Development Network Founding Member, Environmental Peacebuilding Association Member, Swedish Tibet Committee

In addition to her activism, Maria works as a language consultant. She is also a published author, having co-written a bilingual book on the world’s big cats — jaguar, tiger, lion, and leopard — alongside wildlife photographer Jan Fleischmann.

Maria is deeply committed to lifelong learning, nature, reading, and writing, all of which fuel her global advocacy for justice, peace, and sustainability.
